Water weight is amounts of water that your body has stored for emergency situations(like when you end up somewhere for a long time without water). Well how you know that, your skin might look really puffy and soft, that shows that you have water reserves in your skin cells. It’s completely natural it’s not bad.
If you want to flush your body of your water weight then drink more water than you usually would.
Its the weight that comes off right away when you start losing weight.
So that 2lbs you lost overnight? not actual weight. thats pretty much impossible.
So... Don't laugh at me okay? I keep trying to eat less because I eat a lot and I want to lose weight, but it's hard. And I'm really busy so I don't ever have time to go exercise. Do you have any advice..?
You just have to make it a priority. Your TOP priority. It’s a complete lifestyle change.
Make healthy choices. watch your portions. and squeeze in exercise where you can. Even 30 minutes.
